Assistant Director, CrisisLink PRS CrisisLink is an accredited Crisis Contact Center, serving in Virginia as a Regional Crisis Call Center which supports the expanding crisis continuum and is a National Back Up Center and Core Chat Center for 988 nationally. PRS is seeking an Assistant Director for our PRS CrisisLink program. This position provides oversight, management, and support of all onboarding, training, and volunteer functions within the crisis center. The Assistant Director is responsible for the successful recruitment, training, and support of the crisis worker workforce, in an entirely remote operation, serving Virginia and Nationally funded crisis programs. Full-Time/ Salaried: $74,984.00 SCHEDULE/ LOCATION Monday through Friday, eastern time zone (some evenings and weekends to support the 24/7 nature of the program) Position is fully remote BENEFITS FOR THE POSITION 403(b) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid time off Continuing Education Training Opportunities Offered QUALIFICATIONS: Master's or bachelor's degree in social services, social work, human services or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience to include familiarity in motivation of staff to perform to the best of their ability (Call Center experience preferred). Experience with staff training and development programs preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Possess excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Possess the ability to remain positive in good times and especially in challenging times; thrives in a progressive, learning and fast-paced environment.
