Objective of Position
Assistant Controller
to support the Castings plant's financial management in achieving the overall divisional and departmental goals and objectives.
Principal Responsibilities/Skills Assistant Controller
The Assistant Controller is in charge of overseeing the finances for plant expansions and additions, day-to-day operations, business planning coordination, and the review and reporting of monthly KOI results. The Controller is in charge of making sure that the objectives of the Investor, People, and Customers are balanced and achieved.
Important Duties of the Position
Assistant Controller
Observe and enforce all plant safety regulations.
Recognize and advance business philosophies
Make sure the accounting department has enough workers and that each employee is carrying out their duties.

Create and manage reporting systems for the division's financial performance.
To reach the company's financial goals, forecast revenues and make business plans.
Together with other managers, create a business plan to track and enhance the division's financial performance.
To coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and ensure that all internal and external reporting deadlines are met.
Make that all General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are followed.
Maintain adherence to financial guidelines.
Implement important metrics to assess the business plan's applicability.
Lead and train your team to achieve the aforementioned.

Utilize Continuous Improvement to look for methods to enhance systems while cutting expenses.
Represent a difference
Manage the finance team and conduct recurring performance reviews.
