Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:

• NSF entries and applying open credits
• Late notice and fee processing
• Rent increases/renewals
• Lease application processing
• Review accuracy of rent roll
• Final Account Statement (FAS)
• Resident service requests
• Payment postings/ACH processing/check scanning
• Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus
• Assist with hiring/interviewing
• Preliminary accounting month end (PAME)
• Auditing reports
• Move in & out inspections
• Process A/P and A/R
• Maintain computer binders

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years experience assisting with property management
• English writing skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Stable work history
• Some college preferred
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
