Duties and responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and finish manufactured items to work order instructions and/or drawings Cross-train personnel and receive cross-training to improve ongoing efficiency and business continuity Ensure work environment remains clean and orderly Power down unattended equipment each evening or when operator leaves workstation Monitor Laser Cutter, Laser Welder, and Stamping Machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, utilizing precision measurement instruments Routine Quality Control inspection and documentation throughout the production process De-burr and clean parts to specifications Clean and maintain equipment, tooling and parts to maintain equipment for optimal production Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by your supervisor Qualifications: Ability to effectively execute the above listed requirements Able to follow written and verbal directions Able to work under microscope for extended periods of time Able to understand and operate manufacturing equipment properly High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of quality management system requirements Able to read and write English Possess basic hand tool knowledge Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination Interpret prints and work instructions The ability to accurately measure parts for Quality Control The ability to work independently and with focus Benefits: Begin your journey to a healthier future with enrollment in medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, starting the first of the month after date of hire.
