Area Manager - Service Shop (Transportation)

What you'll do:

•Manage team 5-10 hourly technicians.

•Manage daily staffing and workload to meet shop performance goals.

•Manage productivity of responsibilities by analyzing business reports.

•Develop associates by assigning responsibilities and coordinating

workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

•Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are

trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures.

What you'll bring:

•Class 8 mechanical background.

•1+ years of experience managing technicians within a service shop.

•Working knowledge of service shop operations and procedures.

•Excellent customer service and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
