We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual for an Area Manager position. Must be able to lead, support and motivate a team of managers at 4 locations in Grosse Pointe, St. Clair Shores and Clinton Twp. Compensation:

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

Ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues.

Ability to handle and resolve employee issues.

Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel).

Ability to handle stress and high-volume operations.

Special Requirements: Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and support 3-5 locations to ensure that all functions of the restaurants meet standards and every customer receives world-class customer service.

Assists in all restaurant operations during peak periods, or when necessary, daily.

Ensure that all locations are meeting labor and COGS targets.

Executes and audits systems and procedures daily for 100% integrity and completeness.

Conducts weekly manager’s meeting.

Responsible for ordering and maintaining the stores’ equipment and supplies.

Performs other related duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
