Start your career in a rewarding, creative atmosphere with our award-winning teams! We are currently seeking an entry-level ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER/DESIGNER in our SALT LAKE CITY, UT location. Working alongside other team members, this professional develops design or technical solutions under general supervision.

• Assists project teams and other staff members as required.
• Undertakes a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
• Reviews drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, and implements any changes as directed
• Performs design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions or visa sponsorship
• Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
• Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials
• Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to obtaining licensure preferred
• Commitment to their own professional growth as designer, architect, or planner.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 depending upon qualifications. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
