You will use your high emotional intelligence and presentation skills to uphold and implement Pure's standards for designing narratives, developing Punch-lists, Field Reports, and submitting other construction documentation with a strong attention to detail and have the ability to set the right expectations and priorities for activities throughout each project with remarkable precision. At the same time, you will collaborate to introduce solutions to our clients and industry partners that excite, uplift, and inspire all those involved!
  • Continue to ignite your passion for design by supporting the project team from kick off to completion in a variety of design project assignments. You'll be excited by each opportunity to learn and collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and technicians as you use digital tools to create design plans for foundations, buildings, and structures while also drafting bidding and permitting documents to achieve project objectives and deadlines with innovation and accuracy!
  • Apply your enthusiasm for sustainability, fascination and knowledge of cost estimates to collaborate with Architects or other senior teammates to establish project allocation numbers, review data, and identify trends to create contracts that align with our cost management strategy that supports the complexity of each design project, bringing designs to fruition.
  • Use your professional architecture experiences, knowledge of environmental design, and NAAB Accredited degree to intentionally apply building codes, energy codes, construction methods and sequencing, and select various building materials to create high-quality design standards and smart build outcomes that deliver low-impact, adaptable, and healthy spaces for our clients and their communities. Professional Architectural License is not required, but preferred. LEED, LFA, and/or WELL Certification preferred.
  • Collaborate with and support our Senior Architect and Creative Director and/or Principal in Charge of the project to visit job sites to gather data needed to complete designs and file project documentation. You'll help execute projects across the organization and the region. You will delight in developing leadership skills by occasionally stepping in to help the Project Lead prepare for and facilitate project strategy activities and project planning meetings. You will enjoy every opportunity to lift the team and firm up!
