We are on the lookout for an Architectural CAD Draftsman who embodies the spirit of excellence. The perfect candidate will not only demonstrate expertise in a range of CAD Software programs, with a primary focus on Revit, but also possess a solid command of AutoCAD. Your proficiency will play a pivotal role in shaping intricate Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, crafting precise technical construction drawings, upholding graphic standards, and refining standard details.As ourArchitectural Draftsman, you will work on-site at ourGrand Rapidsofficeto support Senior Architectural Designer and Project Managers to deliver building design and construction document services.

Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will closely collaborate with our accomplished design team on complex and exciting projects. Your unwavering attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be paramount as you contribute to the success of our projects. Effective communication and robust interpersonal skills are imperative, as you will engage in seamless teamwork within collaborative efforts. This role requires:

·Technical CAD capability in Revit, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Adobe Products, Microsoft Office Products–required.

·Technical knowledge in Revit–required.

·Team player – works well in a team environment –required

·Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment –required

·Must be organized and detail oriented with time management skills to meet deadlines.

·Must be able to maintain high levels of quality while working under pressure.

·Experience in building, architecture, and engineering field with knowledge of commercial construction process -required.

·Self-motivated, positive outlook with the ability to work responsibly alone if need be.

· Knowledge of Lumion and Enscape a plus, but not required.
