As a supplier relationships manager on the Supplier Program Management team, you will be responsible for strategically leading and implementing Architecture and Engineering programs that support the new store and renovation store development process, while also maintaining a relationship with top Architecture & Engineering consultant talent that are able to deliver best in class Architecture and Engineering services.
As an architect supplier relationships manager, you will…
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement programs with Architecture & Engineering consultants in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Recognize opportunities to improve performance through data analytics and root cause analysis.
  • Administer contracting and establish strong relationships with top Architecture & Engineering consultants
  • Develop, influence, and execute Architecture and Engineering strategies, combining internal, cross-functional, and industry insights
We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • 5 years of progressive experience in supplier performance and contract management
  • 3 years of experience using excel or tableau to perform analytics and reporting
  • Drive, passion, strong interpersonal savvy, and communication skills to be successful working in a fast-paced highly cross functional environment
  • Project management experience in a cross functional environment
  • 7 years of experience in the architecture industry
  • Experience managing multiple functions in a dynamic, high growth organization
  • 3 years of experience with financial analysis, modeling, and business planning
