Job Description

Well established firm is currently in search of a highly skilled Architect who can contribute to our projects. The primary responsibilities of this role include designing and planning new construction projects, analyzing and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and overseeing the progress of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that projects meet quality standards and stay within budget.
  • Create design proposals and specifications for new construction projects.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to develop and execute project plans.
  • Supervise project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits and offer design support throughout the construction phase.
  • Evaluate building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to guarantee compliance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in architecture
  • Experience in large scale projects (more than just residential experience)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Licensure Preferred


Benefits:

Salary: 3-5 years unlicensed $70k-$80k

5+ years licensed $90k-$115k (depending on experience)

This role is hybrid. Tuesday-Thursday in office with Monday and Friday from home as a preference.
