A subsidiary company Federal Benefits Educators is a company, based in Parker, Colorado, that educates Federal employees about their job benefits. We are looking for a real “go getter” who will be responsible for reaching out to and connecting with Federal employees to identify their questions and needs. From there, you will set an appointment, for the prospect, with one of our financial producers from around the country.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals.
  • Set appointments for the prospects to meet with a financial professional.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments.
  • Qualify leads by identifying their questions and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales efforts.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase appointment setting efficiency.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
