Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners to qualify their level of interest and need for the product.

Coordinate with the sales team to align schedules and book appointments accordingly.

Utilize scheduling tools to manage calendars and appointment bookings efficiently.

Follow-up with leads who have expressed interest but haven't scheduled appointment yet.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects and appointments in a CRM system.



Qualifications

Must have good hygiene and look professional.

Must attend weekly meetings (2-3 times a week) and arrive on time.

Must be able to work 12pm-8pm M-F and weekends if weekly goals haven't been met yet.

Must be self driven and motivated.

Willing to work in the elements.

Must have a valid DL and be able to pass a background check.

Must have a working vehicle.

Excellent customer service skills.
