Job Description
Hiring Full Time Appointment Setters at American Management Services!


As an Appointment Setter at American Management Services, you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our team. You'll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and scheduling appointments for our closers. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of our services, and the ability to capture potential clients' interests.


This Appointment Setter position is a full-time position that involves qualifying prospects, researching leads, maintaining records on offices and contacts, and following up.The position requires excellent phone skills as approximately 90% of the time will be calling and scheduling appointments. This position is located in Orlando, FL.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales and business experience a plus
  • Commitment to contributing to the success of our potential clients' businesses.
  • Able to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • 2+ years in appointment setting, lead generation, or other telecalling roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to "think outside the box" and always been thinking about ways to improve processes to achieve better results
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.


Responsibilities


  • Critical thinking
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
  • Continually update and improve your techniques, adapting to changes and preferences of potential clients.
  • Business process improvement
  • Phone etiquette
  • Schedule New Sales Opportunities for the sales team
  • Utilize pre-qualified leads list to set appointments for the sales team.
  • Contact potential clients via phone to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and continue to be persistent in setting appointments.
  • Record keeping
  • Attention to detail

Schedule:


  • Full-time
  • No weekends
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5pm; Friday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm
