Job Description
Description:
  • Enter patient demographics and insurance information in the computer
  • Assist with rescheduling clinics, patient check-out, and department coverage, etc.
  • Schedule patient appointments by inbound and outbound telephone calls
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Prior healthcare experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and computer skills
  • Dependability
  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Weekdays 8:30 am-5:00 pm
