Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical expertise in the cooling requirements of OEM instruments and the corresponding chillers that support them.
  • Profile new applications with customers, including functional specifications, project timelines, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with OEM Engineers to design cooling solutions for new OEM products.
  • Support OEM accounts as the primary relationship contact for day-to-day requests.
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for chillers in the field
  • Support Engineering and Manufacturing in the design and assembly process to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Select and source major components for custom designs with Engineering.
  • Generate price quotations for customers, including technical submittal information.


Qualifications:

  • HVAC/refrigeration/chiller experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
  • Knowledge of Refrigeration Systems
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering principles, techniques, and procedures to the design of products.
