Summary

You will be primarily responsible for managing, administering, and enhancing the organization's use of its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Cloudsuite Solution and other relevant system applications. They will be instrumental in analyzing the organization's application usage, identifying improvement areas, and developing effective solutions that align with business needs. The role also includes ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations and providing technical support to end-users. Key

Responsibilities

• Provide much-needed technical support to end-users, thereby boosting their productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement tailored solutions that fulfill business needs, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
• Continuously analyze the organization's usage of its applications, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements.
• Ensure all system applications are compliant with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Duties:
• Provide prompt and comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving application-related issues.
• Administer and support the organization's ERP Cloudsuite Solution along with other applicable system applications.
• Assure regulatory compliance and adherence to essential standards within the system applications environment.
• Play a pivotal role in helping the organization extract maximum value from its ERP Cloudsuite Solution and other system applications.
• Contribute to improving business processes' efficiency and effectiveness through thoughtful analysis and strategic solution development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role with direct exposure to ERP Cloudsuite Solution.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent technical support skills and user-centric approach.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate their needs into viable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Educational Requirement:
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing system applications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and system application development.
