APP (NP, PA) - Employee Health Services (per-diem)

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is currently searching for an Advanced Practice provider (NP/PA) to join their well-established Employee Health Services team on a per-diem basis. Employee Health is dedicated to serving the employees with compassionate care and maintaining a close partnership with all colleagues. The provider will receive support from an extremely collegial staff that go above and beyond to help our employees stay safe and healthy.

Details:

• Conduct fit for duty evaluations
• Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Treating employees with work injuries, needlestick exposures, testing and treatment of blood/body fluid exposures
  • Complete respirator medical clearance and provide consultation to RN staff.
  • Provide return to work medical clearances for employees
  • Conduct fit for duty evaluations
  • Provide consultation to RN staff related to pre-placement screening for new colleagues. Conduct preplacement screening for new colleagues as needed.
  • Complete TB screenings and work related immunizations
• Staff includes Medical Director, Director, NPs, RNs, MA and Administrative staff.

• Complete TB screenings and work related immunizations

• Per-diem

• New grads may apply with strong medicine background preferably in primary care

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• DEA
• NP or PA license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• MCSR
