Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Parkside apartment community in Gillette, WY. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property with 94 units. This position will pay up to $24 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills And Requirements

• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
• Ability to work independently
• Maintenance experience
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
