Do you want to keep criminals from abusing the financial system? Are you someone who likes to do the right thing? Do you know how to maintain independence and objectivity? We are looking for someone like that who can:

• Maintain regular contact with branch personnel to obtain necessary information about customers and account activity
• Review transactions to prevent corrupt behaviors
• Research entities and/or individuals using both public domain and database search services
• Help with the design and development of monitoring reports and assist management with testing enhancements to the monitoring program
• Review client activity, conduct initial analysis and identify suspicious activity as well as escalate cases for further review
• Supports senior staff in researching and responding to regulatory requests

We are currently expanding our Financial Crime team in the Nashville Business Solutions Center and are seeking Surveillance Analysts who will be working within the C&ORC Financial Crime team. Our role is to support UBS in the fight against financial crimes by defending Anti-Corruption, Anti- Money Laundering and Know Your Client standards.

You have:

• Fluency in English
• 2+ years AML/KYC monitoring experience or industry experience
• Microsoft Office skills- Advanced Excel skills a plus
• 4 year college degree or international equivalent
