Title : Analytics Contractor II/Data Analytics Consultant/Data Analytics/Data Scientist/Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Apply data analysis and data mining to understand and solve business problems

· Collaborate with analytics, technology, and business team members to align on and deploy solutions to business problems.

Skills:

· Ability to manipulate, transform and analyze large datasets and/or Big Data using SQL, or Python/Pyspark

· Ability to tell a story with data using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft BI, Foundry Contour/Slate).

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to troubleshoot previously developed datasets that have unexpected results – e.g., proven comfort with new/ambiguous data, ability to apply benchmarks to quality check results

· Ability to effectively communicate to team members about expected timelines and progress toward outcomes

· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork

Preferred: Understanding of Statistical tools (R, SPSS, SAS) and ability to apply concepts to derive insights

Preferred: Experience with Palantir Foundry
