How You Will Contribute:


Assist the Security Training Awareness and Communication function in driving awareness into action. This role will help influence the way people operate using creative content to positively change human behavior, install a security mindset, and improve the effectiveness of the human layer of our security defenses.

  • You will create digital storyboards for internal training and awareness content.
  • You will perform data analysis on reporting from Security Awareness campaigns to identify behavioral trends.
  • You will assist with the development and execution of Social Engineering campaigns using Security Awareness training tools.
  • You will create compelling digital media content including short articles, instructional videos, blogs, and promotional content for the Security team that is informative, easy-to-grasp, and drives action.
  • You will learn to emulate psychological tactics used by threat actors in Social Engineering campaigns.
  • You will help to coordinate Security Awareness events including regional awareness events and hackathons.

The Must Haves
:

  • Technical Skillset Requirements: Solid understanding of MS Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups are a bonus).
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor or Master of Science with a concentration, certification or discipline in User Experience, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Information Security and/or Video/Graphic Design.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience assisting with digital content creation, user experience design, and/or global corporate communications.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, HTML/CSS.
  • Hands-on experience creating newsletters, infographics, and digital media using tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Ability to write brief and persuasive text that keeps users engaged, reduces errors, and confusion. Exceptional problem-solving skills with process-oriented, analytical mindset.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and typography, with a strong advertorial sense and understanding of following corporate brand guidelines.
  • Keen eye for detail, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills along with creative abilities.


The Nice to Haves:

  • Have excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Be familiar with business requirements gathering and assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research.
  • Possess a strong tendency towards visual thinking – using techniques like storyboards and sketching – to communicate interaction design concepts.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and how to write for screen readers.
  • Big picture and conceptual style thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
  • Understanding of general cybersecurity best practices.
