What Will You Be Doing?

This person will be responsible for the day-to-day cash management and payment responsibilities of the Treasury department and will play a critical role in the company’s cash operations.

Essential Functions

The treasury analyst should have experience with different payments including, but not limited to, wires, ACH and check methods. This position will be working with our domestic and international banking partners, and working closely with other support and functional departments, to gather, analyze and present information.

  • Assisting the treasury team with various projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Identifying process improvements and recommending best practices
  • Daily cash management duties, including creation of payments, investing excess cash, and reconciling the daily cash position
  • Compiling and managing the cash forecast and daily cash summary for distribution to management

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in finance, accounting, or another quantitative field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of graduate work and relevant work experience
  • Prior corporate treasury or banking experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Corporate Banking Platforms and Products
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently on vague projects with limited information
  • Ability to show previous process improvements
  • Ability to manage relationships with external banking partners
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Affinity for process improvement
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Desire to take ownership of treasury processes
  • Advanced understanding of Excel
  • Advanced understanding of economic, financial, forecasting and accounting concepts
