ESG and Foundation Analyst
This role is to help embed ESG in every facet of our business to achieve our vision “To sustainably grow by delighting more consumers globally." The role will learn about the management of ESG on the corporate level and will assist ESG reporting- coordinating key volunteer events (Packathon) and project managing ESG rater and ranker submissions. This role will also coordinate the corporation’s adherence to the Kraft Heinz Charitable Donations policy.
What’s on the Menu?
  • Assist with the creation of internal and external ESG reporting including the Kraft Heinz Annual ESG Report. This include tasks such as story development- project management and coordination with key internal and external partners.
  • Lead Global Charitable Donations Policy Coordination ensuring that Kraft Heinz employees understand and adhere to the policy
  • Assist with the project management of Kraft Heinz’s annual Packathon- our global employee meal packing volunteer event.
  • Ad-hoc support as assigned by the Global ESG Manager.
  • Assist with the administration of the Kraft Heinz Foundation.
  • Assist with coordination related to key global ESG raters- rankers and assessments.
