Job Description
A leading, Boston-based alternative asset management firm, with $29 Billion in AUM, is seeking a highly skilled and driven Analyst Assistant to join the firm to provide back-up coverage and support to primarily the Investment Support Teams, and also the broader Administrative Services Team. This position will offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus, a hybrid work schedule (2 days a week in office), a generous benefits package. Responsibilities:


  • Liaison between accounting and investment analysts for invoice processing
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting arrangements, etc. for analysts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Provide back up support to all three investments teams for extended periods of time as business needs arise
  • Maintain various company databases, contacts, and filing systems
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure continuity of work, and priority and completion of work, in order to ensure top notch, seamless support
  • Screen and direct various communications, including answering and directing incoming calls, setting up conference calls, etc.
Qualifications:


  • Willingness to take on changing administrative work based on the needs of the business
  • A reputation for the highest integrity and outstanding performance
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Experience supporting teams of high-level investment and or real estate professionals is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and share expertise with team members
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
