Analyst 1 - Data Processing/Computer Services - Hourly
Assists in data analysis and/or data management for social programs in the SREC portfolio using the SREC Data Hub and statistical packages including generation of tables and graphs. Collects, compiles, cleans and codes data for various purposes to be used for program evaluation and research purposes, as well as data analysis requests. Develops code books, identifies missing
data, problem solves to ensure the data is accurate. Assists in guidance in identifying and defining data requirements. Ensures the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets. Collectively with the team, creates reports and review presentations, manuscript, tables and graphs for accuracy and quality. Works closely with the SREC programming and evaluation teams.
25% May assist in database design, implementation and maintenance of data collected over time for program management, evaluation, and research purposes, including acquisition, editing and
reporting.
25% May assist in design, development, and modifying data management infrastructures to expedite data analysis and reporting. Develops a data collection methodology that best suits the nature of data to be collected. Working with project partners to evaluate data systems, tracks and extracts data and streamlines systems to ensure efficient and effective transfer of needed data. Develops standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving.
25% May assist in design and development of data entry systems. Builds data collection systems,
including surveys in the appropriate software; pulls reports to be shared with various stakeholders;
pulls and cleans raw data to be merged with larger datasets for program evaluation and research
purposes. Provides technical oversight for integrating new technology or new initiatives into data
standards and structures.
25% May assist in performing data analysis and/or data management for social programs in the SREC portfolio using the SREC Data Hub and statistical packages including generation of tables and graphs. Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); ability to conduct statistical analysis using computer software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R)
Hourly rate: $17.61-$21.13
