Required
Qualifications
- Must be a student at the time of practicum or internship, meaning enrolled in a program for alcohol and drug counseling at an accredited educational institution. As a minimum, the applicant must have completed classes that address the three following areas:
- Assessment and Diagnosis for Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Group Counseling Skills
- Counseling Procedures and Skills
