LOOKING FOR: 1099 Vacation Rental Cleaner

PAY: $30 - $35+ /hr

LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ & Surrounding Areas

SHIFT: Flexible shift schedule - jobs are available every day of the week

HOURS: Full-time, Part-time, and flexible contract work is available

Duties:

  • Finish with a final staging check - making sure each home is in guest-ready condition
  • Restock supplies and guest amenities (Supplies are provided by clients.)
  • Perform a post-guest inspection - reporting any damage or lost items
  • Provide a turnover cleaning - preparing the home for incoming guests
  • Remake beds and wash laundry (Many properties are set up with off-site laundry processing.)

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • A love of cleaning!
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Prior house cleaning experience preferred (1+ year/s)
  • Bonus points for vacation rental cleaning experience
  • Can pass a background check
  • Motivated and hardworking
