Position Highlights:

We are looking for a cleaner to join our team!

The ideal candidate is thorough, attentive to detail, and takes pride in their work.

This candidate should be familiar with various cleaning products and procedures. Previous experience is not required, as training will be provided on the job.

Cleaner will be provided with a checklist of items to complete. Each home is two levels, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with hard flooring throughout. Washer and Dryers are provided on-site. There are two locations, NE DC and District Heights, MD.

This position is on-call and can serve as lucrative side job. Immediate / same day payouts. This is 1099 contracting position and candidate will be responsible for paying their own taxes annually.

The goal is 100% satisfaction by offering services that are above and beyond expectations. We are professional, customer-centric, collaborative and our goal is to provide guests with comfortable and sanitary stays. Professionalism, quality, and thoroughness is required.

Company Background:

Lee Corporation is the head enterprise of two smaller organizations including Lee Laundromat and Lee Financial & Estates, LLC. Lee Financial & Estates, LLC is a series of real estate investments including rental properties as well as AirBnBs throughout DC and MD. Lee Laundromat is a locally operated laundromat in Baltimore County. The founder focuses on delivering quality and professional services to customers at all times.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per day

• As an airbnb cleaner, there may be times that guests leave behind unsightly items or various bodily fluids. While there will be a charge that is made payable to you when there are excessive indecencies, is this something you would feel comfortable cleaning?
