Sullivan-Palatek supports American jobs by assembling the compressors in Northwest Indiana with a local workforce. We are looking for day shift and afternoon shift from 2 to 10:30 PM.

Job Duties:

A compressor assembler will work with a team and learn the assembly process. Total production time can be as low as a few hours to more than a week depending on the size of the product. The end product is a full system, something assemblers can be proud of.

Compressor Assembler Responsibilities:

• Understand inventory, use correct parts in correct location, notify material handlers of any parts shortages.
• Alter assembly fit and finish issues within the tolerance of the machine design. Communicate discrepancies to production supervision.
• Assemble components and sub-components to the level required by the work station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
