Tribute Home Care is looking for a part time After Hours Support Manager to regularly work Saturday night from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST. This is a great position for someone that is detailed, customer-service focused, has strong problem-solving skills and is seeking meaningful, mission-driven work.

A day in the life of an After Hours Support Manager
In this role, you will respond warmly, urgently and professionally to calls from Caregiver Associates, current clients and their representatives, potential clients inquiring about Tribute's service, and professionals calling about a client or potential client. You will calmly and professionally handle any inquiry or issue that arises, while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a part-time work from home/remote position. We are looking for someone for Saturday nights from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST. This position will be paid hourly, and offer $15 an hour for Saturday nights.
What You Need To Be Qualified For This Position
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the customer experience and service excellence
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care or human services
  • Prior experience in a remote working environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Vaccination against COVID-19. We comply with the EEOC by providing the ability to request an exemption based on medical or religious reasons
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Calm demeanor and patience
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
This position will be fully remote, but will require candidates reside in Massachusetts.
Preference will be given to individuals that can regularly work this shift and also be flexible in picking up extra night and weekend shifts depending on coverage needs. (Additional shifts include Monday - Friday from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST, Saturday from 8:30AM EST - 5:00PM EST and Sunday from 8:30AM EST - 5:00PM and 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST)
