Job Description

Primary

  • Scanning, filing, organizing
  • Manage the Social Media strategy, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Eventbrite, blog, etc.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Greet clients and receive incoming calls
  • Assisting clients with website, and other on-line tools
  • Drive and manage the new-client on-boarding process
  • Assist with money movement, including initiating client deposits and withdrawals
  • Event management – marketing, invites, packet prep, etc
  • Update and maintain client management system

Other

  • Assist in resolving client issues
  • Paperwork processing, follow up and problem solving (including tracking, scanning, photo copying and shredding)
  • Post-appointment follow up/processing
  • Maintain primarily electronic files and ability to retrieve the information quickly as needed.
  • Other miscellaneous duties
  • Provide back-up to other teams and the branch when necessary, as well as perform other duties and special projects as necessary.
  • Client communication through telephone, e-mail

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Responsibilities and time allocation – Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor, LPL Financial and FINRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasant and energetic personality
  • Attention to detail and being able to think on your feet
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook)
  • Broad computer and technology skills


Compensation

$25-$30/hour + benefits
