Location: Boulder, CO

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with 40 hours guaranteed each week.

About the Family:

  • Both parents work from home.
  • The House Manager’s primary home will be the family’s Boulder residence. Limited assistance will be needed with 3 Denver homes, a South Boulder home, and a mountain home.
  • Furry friends do live in the home - dog loves are a must!
  • Children do live in the primary residence, but no childcare duties are required.

About the Job:

  • Benefits will include 14 days of PTO and sick pay, guaranteed hours, and mileage reimbursement. The family is open to discussing additional PTO and benefits dependent on experience.
  • Travel to the family’s multiple homes is required.
  • Standard vaccinations are required including the flu shot, Tdap, Covid vaccinations and boosters.
  • The family does employ multiple other household staff, including a nanny, housekeepers, landscapers, and property managers at the properties.
  • Duties will include (but are not limited to) home organization (pantry, linen closets, etc.), tidying of heavily trafficked areas, family clothing and linen laundry, ensuring home maintenance is inventoried and scheduled, car servicing, managing vendors, light meal prep and cooking, gift purchasing, schedule management, vacation research, and packing, and the general overseeing of the properties to ensure they are running smoothly while working alongside additional household staff.

The Ideal Candidate: will be a proactive professional, who truly enjoys their household management career, and is seeking a longterm commitment with a family! The ideal candidate for the family will have 2+ years of recent, full-time household management experience, is comfortable working alongside a fully staffed household, and prides themself on being a self-starter (the family knows you’re the professional, and will leave you to your duties!) A candidate who is willing to sign an NDA, and can blend seamlessly with the day-to-day of the home is a must for these busy principles. The family requests their ideal candidate be non-smoking, and have a clean driving record, please.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $30-$40+/hr based on experience
