- Permanent Part Time 5-6 shifts per fortnight
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD).
- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Flexibility in availability, rostering and working hours is essential.
- Have a desire and passion to learning new systems and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Is a team player and customer service focused.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate interpersonal understanding by demonstrating empathy and sensitivity to feelings of others.
- Administrative experience in a Health related field will be looked upon favourably as well as the completion of a medical terminology course.
- A positive approach to a frequently changing environment.
- Thrive in a busy and multitasked workplace
- Be self-motivated and committed to self-improvement.
- Proof of immunisation.
- A clear Police Check conducted within the last three months;
- Reference checks;
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children’s Check (or proof of payment for same);and
