Job Responsibilities The Admissions Representative will recruit, interview, and enroll prospective students into Milan's academic programs. This role relies heavily on building relationships with prospective students to help them through the enrollment process. Admissions Representatives evaluate a prospective student's needs, goals and career outcomes to identify if the Milan Institute has the appropriate academic program, environment, and services for the individual. Job duties include: Provide professional leadership and top-level customer service always Successfully work within a team-oriented, scripted environment to conduct phone, face-to-face, and virtual interviews Contact prospects and set appointments Conduct campus tours Interview and recommend students for admission Job Requirements and Qualifications Proficient in basic computer operations, including Excel and Outlook Excellent telephone and customer service skills Must be confident and assertive and can work independently or in a team environment Outstanding verbal and communication skills Must be ethical in all decisions, doing what is best for the student and the school 2-3 years' successful sales experience required At least 1 year of college admissions/recruiting experience preferred, preferably for a vocational college This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as we offer a competitive salary/benefits package.
