Admissions Representative Jobs

The Digital Animation & Visual Effects (DAVE) School is located on the backlot of Universal Studios Florida®. Our facility consists of a 36,055 square foot space inside Sound Stage 25. The school space includes administration offices, studio labs, classrooms, 3D print lab, a sound stage with chroma key green cyclorama, motion capture stage and lecture theater. For over 20 years, The DAVE School has trained entertainment industry 3D artists by connecting students with award-winning industry professionals who bring real-world experience to the classroom.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related areas
• Two years of experience in the Admissions Department or sales

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities
• Consistently conduct follow-up with all applicants to ensure successful enrollment.
• Complete daily, weekly, run-rate activity and performance reports to be submitted to the Director
• The Admissions Representative will effectively recruit qualified candidates into our programs
• Interview and qualify candidates for admission into Dave School and assist candidates with the appropriate course selection and enrollment paperwork
• Make phone calls to prospective students, conducting and closing interviews with prospects and follow-up with applicants to ensure they have every opportunity to learn the skills they desire
• Respond to all inquiries into the school in a timely manner to schedule visits and answer questions
• Develop opportunities to identify qualified candidates for the school through referrals and networking.

Responsible For The Following Metrics

• Admissions process metrics: lead to appointment rates, appointment show rates, show to application rates, application to enrollment rates
• Daily activity goals
• New enrollment goals

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines, and targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Internet Browsers, etc.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic daily schedule and deliver short term results while maintaining a long term perspective and moving the company forward towards its strategic goals
• Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations.
• Ability to operate under pressure
• Must have a strong commitment to Education
