Now Hiring: Full-time Admissions Assistant
Responsibilities of Admissions Assistant:
Assist with completion of the Admission Process :
  • Follow up with new admissions ensuring a positive experience
  • Electronic, telephone, and face-to face interactions with residents, families, prospects, and external healthcare partners
  • Greeting residents upon admissions
  • Acclimate residents and families to facility
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity
  • Appreciates the importance of maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility information
  • Time management, ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule throughout weekdays based on the needs of our residents and facility
  • Admission paperwork
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service at all times
Qualifications of Admissions Assistant:
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and Abilities
  • Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to understand and follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work as part of a team and function independently
