Grand Circus, a DISYS company, trains students to earn careers in the fastest-growing tech companies. We’re passionate about educating career transitioners in coding and other skills that lead to high-growth careers through intensive bootcamps. We’re looking for an Admissions Associate to identify and nurture the next developer all-stars! This role involves positioning and pitching the Grand Circus bootcamp experience to prospective students, building authentic relationships and persuasively conveying the value and possibilities of a Grand Circus education.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and numbers-focused. They will be passionate about Grand Circus’ mission and understand what it is like to work in a start-up environment.

What will you be doing?

● Developing a strong knowledge of Grand Circus offerings in order to facilitate the sales process, convert prospects, and hit enrollment targets.

● Assessing bootcamp applications

● Conducting virtual inquiry chats and interviews by video and phone

● Communicating with and nurturing prospective students through the pre-bootcamp process

● Processing and responding to daily inbound customer service queries

● Sending out bootcamp pre-work and providing general support

● Attending, supporting, and, over time, hosting virtual info sessions and promotional events, often outside regular business hours

● Partnering with the broader growth team to meet company-wide objectives and share admissions-related data

What are we looking for?

● Sales or equivalent experience and knowledge (e.g. admissions, recruitment), with a proven track record of hitting business goals

● Excellent verbal and written communication

● A confident speaker in large groups and over virtual channels

● A high level of professionalism that interacts well with diverse backgrounds and skill sets

● Keeping CRM funnel up-to-date with prospect statuses and notes

● Strong time management and the ability to work independently

● A very organized multitasker

● Excellent office & technical skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace

● A willingness to share fresh perspectives and ideas, including new ways to improve the customer journey and opportunities to grow and expand the role.

Bonus:

● Basic Hubspot or other CRM experience

● Data reporting skills

● Familiarity with the information technology industry and a general understanding of the marketplace for and usage of various coding languages and technologies
