Position begins May 30 and ends August 10. There will be a mandatory training on May 23 as well as an admission event on May 24. The University will be closed on June 19 and July 4.

Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm.

Position Summary Information

Summary

Summer Admission Assistants work full time for the Office of University Admission in many capacities, including:

• Presenting to special group visits
• Office tasks as assigned
• Campus tours
• Greeting visitors
• Data entry

Requirements

• Must be comfortable speaking to large groups
• Must be available for the majority of the dates listed and all of the hours on a weekly basis
• Must be an undergraduate student with great enthusiasm for Villanova
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate

Additional Information

Physical Demands Summary:

Must be able to give several hour-long walking tours of campus each day, including in heat and rain

Wage Rate: $11.25/hour
