Windsong at Northridge is a 52 unit premiere memory care community located in Greeley, CO. We are recruiting for a dynamic Administrator to lead our community. What sets us apart from other memory care communities is that we utilize the Montessori Inspired Lifestyle® to foster purposeful and meaningful lives for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We have excellent staffing ratios, a supportive team, and the resources to provide the quality of care the residents deserve. Windsong is a busy, fast paced community that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Prior experience and knowledge in assisted living and memory care regulations preferred. Must also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the financial aspect of the business and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Current Colorado Assisted Living Administrator certification required or the ability to obtain one.
