We are currently seeking an inspirational Nursing Home Director of Continuing Care who will provide the highest quality of resident services and care within budgetary guidelines while exceeding community quality and service standards. This person will be responsible for compliance with federal, state, local, and community policies, procedures, and regulations.

How you will impact our mission and growth:

  • Regularly monitors community performance; reviews and analyzes financial management report; analyze Profit & Loss reports in a timely manner and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the Continuing Care quality assessment and assurance program.
  • Develops and implements a facility-wide resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and to ensure resident quality and service.
  • Directs the safety and loss prevention program, monitors adherence to safety rules and regulations and takes remedial action when necessary.
  • Plans and develops the capital expenditures budget; coordinates capital improvements.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $130000.00 / year

What you will need:

  • Financial Management skills; business acumen; familiarity with business practice and principles
  • Possess broad knowledge of the theory and practice of long-term care administration; possess specialized knowledge of the needs of the elderly in the long-term care setting.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Current valid State Administrator license.
