About KDC
- Managing KDC’s main phone line, incoming and outgoing mail, emergency contacts, and general overall office culture.
- Lead administrative coordinator for KDC’s Board of Directors, including managing committee meeting schedules, meeting minutes, terms, rosters, and contact listings.
- Maintain the agency’s purchasing program for all office, kitchen, housekeeping, and program supplies.
- Administrator coordinator for KDC’s CEO and Leadership Team, including managing executive calendars, coordinating schedules, managing credit card and maintaining agency organizational charts, and managing annual memberships.
- Purchase, maintain, and coordinate agency distribution of personal protective equipment.
- Manage board committee packets, maintain attendances, votes, approvals, recordkeeping, and supporting files.
- High school diploma or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests and projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Two years’ experience of executive support
