Daily Tasks


  • Ensure the scheduling of therapy appointments result in clients eagerly acting on a clear pathway to a brighter future; they are in communication, arrive on time, and pay for rapidly scheduled appointments on the clinics' overflowing schedules leaving no missed opportunities because clients were carefully prepared by education of their responsibilities for fully covered / approved therapy services.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and the community.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and manage programs and projects related to personnel, new patient acquisition, contract renegotiation, billing and collections, and more.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources, Client Services, and Finance departments.
  • Report on financial performance, billing, insurance claims, and maximize opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal / regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate and supervise personnel including hiring, training, and performance evaluations that create stable, ethical, productive staff who compliment every aspect of the organization and meet the growing needs of the community we're dedicated to serve.


Requirements


  • Confident, outgoing, and positive outlook on life.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pediatric therapy setting is preferred
  • Experienced in leadership and ability to empower others.
  • Experience and proficiency with computers and various software programs, including medical records, statistic management, and basic programs such as email, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Prezi, and Canva.
  • Ability to meet requirements that support healthcare employees including CPR & First Aid certification, up-to-date immunizations, TB skin test, and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively for self and others.
  • Strong management skills that pushes potential in self and others for team success.
