Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper - Pediatrics

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for our pediatric practice in the Sandy Springs area.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a pediatric and or clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures as well as bookkeeping. Excellent verbal communication is a must. Hourly Wage is commensurate with relevant experience.

In this role you will:

• Manage Medical records requests.
• HR Duties and new employee onboarding alongside Practice Admin.
• Manage Accounts Payable and monthly bookkeeping reconciliation.
• Manage Provider schedules.
• Perform additional duties, as required.

 Qualifications include:

• 2 years customer service experience or customer facing roles, preferred.
• 1+ years minimum Admin Assistant or Medical Receptionist experience in healthcare setting preferably Pediatrics
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with other office equipment
• 1+ years Bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a fast-paced team environment.

  

Kids Health First is an Association of 37 Independent Pediatric Practices located in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Initial candidate screenings are conducted by our recruiter. All interviews and final decisions are made by the pediatric practices, based on their current individual needs, and hiring processes. Salary and benefits are determined by individual practices.
