Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide various clerical and administrative duties for an assigned department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Coordinates department activities and events by tracking work and changing orders, researching information, and relaying communications.
  • Provides customer service by responding to requests from the general public, providing information, and directing customers to appropriate individuals.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory for department and prepares reports related to department activities and operations.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing purchase orders, vouchers, agreements, contracts, payments and cash disbursements.
  • Provides administrative and technical support by maintaining department and employee schedules and databases, coordinating meetings and agendas, preparing project lists, editing and preparing correspondence and reports, and processing payroll.

  • Performs other similar duties as required.
