Administrative Assistant - LMS Data Entry- Part Time

Starting Pay: $16.80 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a day off during the week. The Specific working hours for this role are flexible and can be determined with the hiring manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Ensure that all reports and assignments are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log and track production sheet issues and off-standard timesheet issues
  • Assist associates and managers in solving problems and developing solutions related to the PEP program
  • Run reports and review for accuracy
  • Data entry/Input for our Performance Enhancement Program (PEP)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
  • Must be reliable (we offer flexible schedule to work with your needs)
  • Must be detail oriented and able to research problems that arise
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.

We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
