- Preferred experience in one of the following areas Patient Registration; Medical Records/Health Information; Clerical support experience; Insurance Verification/Authorization/Referrals
- Minimum of one year office experience, preferably in health care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to handle multi-lined telephone system.
- May require demonstrated 55 words per minute keyboarding skill;
- Familiar with computers (e.g. e-mail, commonly used software applications, intranet/internet);
- Ability to work with confidential information;
- BSN preferred.

- Graduated from accredited school of nursing
- Current applicable Oregon and Washington RN licenses are required.
- Education
- Licensure/Certification
- Additional clinical experience requirements may vary dependent upon the specific department in which the position is utilized.
- Current Care Manager credential preferred.
- 4 years of RN experience.
- Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Knowledge of clinical quality improvement models and process.
- BLS required.
- Experience with using every day technology tools (e.g, email, Microsoft Office including Excel, voicemail, internet/intranet) to access, organize and store job-related information.
- For Cardiology department only ACLS is required.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
