Job Description
Currently, Avint is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our team at our Chantilly, VA office.


Cyber Policy, Intelligence, and Engagement Branch (CPIEB) requires assistance in supporting a myriad of administrative and data management functions within the intelligence units to support Cyber Division (CyD’s) overall intelligence program. Administrative analysts will utilize Cyber Intelligence Program Unit (CIPU’s) job aids, templates, tools, and procedures, and directly assist intelligence units in tracking and reporting their daily and weekly production.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Assist intelligence units in documenting, consolidating, organizing, and deconflicting intelligence, action items, and responses for meeting notes, Talking Points (TPs), data calls, and other CPIEB tasking.
  • Develop and support execution of project and communication plans related to intelligence program initiatives.
  • Communicate metrics, reports, dashboards, and other materials requiring intelligence unit validation.
  • Track production against the intelligence units’ production plans.
  • Maintain and/or update BUNET (FBI Software) and Internal SharePoint sites, rosters, organizational charts, and other collateral documentation as standardized by Cyber Intelligence Program Unit (CIPU), and as directed by intelligence unit Supervisory Intelligence Analysts (SIAs) and Intelligence Unit Chief (UCs).
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, informational slicks, and methodology documentation, as assigned.
  • Track and update required information in Cyber Division (CyD’s) production tracking systems.
  • Coordinate, at least once a week, with CIPU and all other contract administrative analysts to ensure standardized processes and best practices are maintained and advocated across CPIEB.
  • Support development of functional requirements documentation for potential data management tools.
  • Facilitate the upload of intelligence products into Sentinel, in collaboration with product authors/co‐authors, ensuring appropriate case files, tags, authorship, and other DI requirements are appropriately met.
  • Build, organize, and maintain electronic data files (including target folders, threat strategies, production plans, etc.) to support units’ data management.
  • Update and maintain units’ production data in Cyber Policy, Intelligence, and Engagement Branch (CPIEB) tracking systems.
  • Support production and coordination functions for intelligence units’ products and reports, researching/maintaining/updating product metadata.


Requirements


  • At least one year of program management experience.
  • Demonstrates initiative to build expertise
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience in copyediting, print‐publishing, or other formalized writing‐heavy responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Web content management demonstrated by one year of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • At least one year of experience managing and producing reports from electronic data.
  • Performs tasks with increasing levels of difficulty with less oversight and direction from others
  • Strong interpersonal ability demonstrated by at least one year of experience working on a multi‐disciplined team or within a team‐environment.
