General Summary
The Install Administrative Coordinator works with department management and team leaders, and the Sales and Scheduling teams to track and coordinate incoming work, and is responsible for updating the department’s schedule database on a regular basis. In addition, this position processes equipment requisitions through Material Services; orders, receives, records and stores all parts and equipment for Avionics Install; researches and resolves parts and materials issues; and prepares and distributes various reports as needed.

Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required
Physical: Routinely lifts 50 lbs., occasionally lifts 100 lbs.; reads small print; tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting

General Summary

In addition, this position processes equipment requisitions through Material Services; orders, receives, records and stores all parts and equipment for Avionics Install; researches and resolves parts and materials issues; and prepares and distributes various reports as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Partners with sales representatives and the scheduling team to evaluate manpower availability for avionics maintenance projects. Represents the department at various scheduling and sales meetings.
- Monitors, tracks and follows-up on parts that are needed for in-process and future work orders to ensure adequate parts and storage are available. Communicates with Sales and Engineering teams to determine what parts are on order for upcoming jobs. Works with Material Services department to expedite parts and equipment deliveries.
- Communicates with the team leaders, Sales, Engineering and Material Services team members, and other internal and external customers to resolve parts issues. Communicates and coordinates with Return Goods Administrator concerning parts accounting, control and return of parts, cores and materials for proper credit, tracking and input to the aircraft project work orders.
- Develops, maintains and distributes project/team schedules and labor utilization reports.
- Coordinates with department management and team leaders, as well as Sales and Scheduling teams to track the scheduling of Avionics projects to maximize team members and resources for department efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assists with mediating scheduling conflicts and communicates customer and project requirements to the appropriate team members. Reports all scheduling turn-downs to department manager. Reviews service plans for accuracy prior to hand off to assigned team leader.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

- Minimum 3 years avionics or engine/aircraft maintenance related experience required
- High school education or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years Duncan Aviation experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) required
