Job Description
  • Proficient skill level in using Blackmagic & Sony cameras for both studio and location shoots
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve editing software
  • Familiarity with the operation of video collaboration and hosting platforms, including Frame.io, Monday, Wistia, Vimeo, and YouTube.
  • Some projects may require extended working hours
  • Organize and upload video files
  • Maintains emotional control
  • Working experience with teleprompter operation.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative approach, and high energy level.
  • Assist in the capture of audio/video resources, in studio and on location
  • Experience with hand-held and gimbal-assisted camera operation
  • Blackmagic and Sony cameras
  • Possesses organizational skills, demonstrates initiative, and solves creative problems with attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong communication skills for facilitating collaboration and coordination between project managers and staff.
  • Experience with 360 VR equipment operation
  • Aperture lighting
  • Serve as the representative of ESC Region 13, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public
  • Currently licensed drone operator
  • Available for overnight travel
  • Experience in production of live-streamed events on platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube, including set-up, technical troubleshooting, and delivery of high-quality live broadcasts
  • Follows policies and procedures
  • Mac OS X
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manage set up and breakdown of camera, lighting, sound, and teleprompter for video shoots
  • Ability to effectively handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Proficient skill level in lighting techniques for studio and on-location shoots, including setup specific to greenscreen video recording
  • Proficient skill level in audio recording
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Radio, TV, Film, or Videography preferred. (Equivalent experience can apply)
  • Rode sound equipment
  • Experience directing multi-camera interviews
  • Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
  • Direct and coordinate on-screen personalities
  • Attend and contribute to pre-production meetings
